Malin Alkestrand is an Assistant Professor in Comparative Literature at Linnæus University.

Lecture: Magic Powers and Cats that Save the World: The Fantasy Year 2019

Lydia Wistisen är forskare vid Stockholms universitet. 2017 utkom hennes uppmärksammade avhandling Gångtunneln. Urbana erfarenheter i svensk ungdomslitteratur 1890–2010. Hon har även skrivit om skräpestetik i Barbro Lindgrens Loranga-böcker och senast varit gästredaktör för tema Pengar i Sbi:s tidskrift Barnboken vol. 42. Hon är en del av redaktionen för Norska barnboksinstitutets tidskrift Barnelitterært Forskningstidsskrift och recenserar ungdomslitteratur för Today's news samt sitter i Kulturrådets barn- och ungdomslitteraturgrupp.

Lecturers from the Swedish Institute for Children's Books

Kajsa Bäckius is a librarian at the Swedish Institute for Children's Books. During previous Book Tastings she has made presentations on topics such as dystopian fiction as well as norms and inclusion.

Sofia Gydemo is a librarian at the Swedish Institute for Children's Books. During previous Book Tastings she has made presentations on horror and debutants, among other things.
